The candidate from party of communists has been beaten before elections.
Elections to the local administration of Novosibrsk region have been saddened by kidnapping candidate from the communists party.
Press-release of party of communists says:
On December, 10th nearby 19-00 on local time the candidate from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, journalist Andrey Zhirnov has been stolen near the house.
" Four unknown persons in masks, have damaged the face of mr. Zhirnov with an offensive tattoo and have thrown out rolled up by an adhesive tape from the machine. We do not doubt, that the given attack is connected only with a politics and elections. This incident is unprecedented not only in Novosibirsk, but also in Russia. For the first time we collide with abduction of the candidate. It is a attack not only on the Novosibirsk organization, but also at all Communist Party. We with it shall not be reconciled ", - the second secretary of regional branch Anatoly Lokot has declared.
In the official press release of communist party it is spoken only that the person of candidate Andrey Zhirnov has been cut by the razor. Nevertheless, the authoritative Russian edition "Kommersant" speaks that in documents of law enforcement bodies there is a speech about a tattoo. There are no photos confirming one of versions.
On the fact of an attack on the candidate from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation the Novosibirsk Office of Public Prosecutor has already excited criminal case at once under two clauses: 111-th (« Deliberate causing of heavy harm to health») and 119-th («Threat by murder»)
In Novosibirsk mister Zhirnov has scandalous reputation. Incident has drawn attention of the public, but there is unanswered the question:
whether there was it a real attack or the candidate just tried to get advantage before other candidates.
